Apart from keeping the printer area and the print head clean, there is no user service
required on any Datamax printer. However accidents do happen, and the print head and components do wear out
eventually.
DataCol Solutions has experienced Datamax Thermal printer engineers through-out New Zealand, who will
service your printer on-site, or at their work-shops.
DataCol carries over NZ $50,000 of Datamax spare parts, so we fully support our Service Agents, and can
ensure that all repairs, what ever the failure, can be carried out as quickly as possible.
Got a dead printer that's NOT a Datamax? Don't worry. Our engineers are familiar with
Argox, Boca, Citizen, Eltron, Fargo, Intermec, METO, Monarch, Practical Automation, TEC, Tharo, Wedderburn
and Zebra printers. For current models we can provide most spare parts.
